The two-channeled, universal process and program controller is visualized on a brilliant display and intuitively operated by touch-display. The both control channels got a proven control algorithm with two possible optimization variants. This allows a easy and highly accurate startup. Also a multi-zone control, cascade control or other complex control tasks are possible. The block diagram below shows the various hardware options of the modular hardware concept. Two analog universal inputs and seven binary inputs can record different physical measured values with high precision. The actuators can be controlled directly in the device using different analog or digital output variants. It can be extended by external digital outputs. The controller with the touch-display got two relay outputs (changeover contact). Interfaces such as Modbus (master/slave), PROFIBUS (optional!) or Ethernet with web server (optional!) can be used for communication with higher-level systems. For a save process operation the device got a password-protected user administration with individual assignment of rights for different levels or control commands. Ready-made screen masks for controller, programmer (option!), registration (option!) and overview screens are available. An individual process image can be created by the user with the help of the configuration software. The configuration software makes it easy to progeam the process controller, describe mathematical or logical relations or create customer-specific linearizations. Tools are included to simulate or register external signals or control processes during the commissioning. A comprehensive alarm and limit value concept and a flexible digital signal management complement the all-in-one device.
