This conductivity sensor has a cell constant of K=0.01 (for measuring ranges 0.05 to 10 uS/cm or 0.1 to 20 MOhm/cm) and a Pt100 measuring insert in two-wire circuit. It is installed via the process connection G 1/2A made of stainless steel. A M12-connector is available as electrical connection. The material of the electrode is also stainless steel (1.4571). The insertion length is 40 mm. The operating temperature is 0 to +135 °C in normal operation and up to +150 °C for max. 45 min. during sterilisation. The maximum compressive strength is 9 bar at 25 °C and 15 bar at 150 °C (max. 45 min.). This version is a pharmaceutical version with inspection certificate n. EN 10204 3.1 for material and roughness, roughness of parts in contact with the medium less than 0.8 my, with ASTM certificate and shrink-wrapped in foil. ATTENTION: These measuring cells can only be used with an optional PEKA adapter.
